About Laura Lowton Fitness

Laura is a fully qualified personal trainer based around Hackney, London and she is passionate about all aspects related to fitness and nutrition. Laura thrives on inspiring others to either start or simply crack on with their fitness journey! She prides herself in being supportive of your goals, so whether you aim to lose those love handles or want to get fit and ready for a triathlon, she will work with you to reach them.

Laura specialises in body composition and nutrition, weight loss, lean muscle building, strength training, TRX, circuits, HIIT, functional training and body weight training, as well as Pilates and posture correction. Before you get started, she will assess your body composition and test your current physical abilities in order to design a tailored training programme. Laura understands that a new routine can be slightly intimidating but she will always listen to any concerns and will urge you to keep going when you need it! In addition to guiding you with the right technique, Laura will make sure you enjoy the sessions and cultivate a passion for staying fit! To maximise results, she can pair her sessions with a bespoke nutrition programme that will leave you feeling better with more energy.

Laura is everything you want in a personal trainer. She motivating, upbeat, positive, and drop dead gorgeous! Laura and I have such a good time together when we train while getting everything you want out of a workout. She also pays very close attention to your form and tells you how to adjust to avoid injury. She can tailor your session to whatever it is you’re trying to achieve. I highly recommend Laura and can’t wait for our next session.
