1. Information we collect

When you visit our websites

You are free to explore the Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites or create a booking, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

Personal information

This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as: your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. This information is gathered: if you communicate with us for any reason; make, accept or cancel Bookings; leave ratings, comments, feedback and/or scores for a Service Provider or User; and make Submissions. 

Personal Information also includes Navigational Information or Payment Information where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed.

Payment information

The Website will ask you to input payment information (including credit card number, expiry date and CVV number) if you want to make a Booking. This information is collected directly by our third party payment processor, which uses such information to process payments from you.

Users: We ask our third party payment processor for details of the payment method(s) you provided. These details are only partially made available to us (for example, we only see the last four digits of your payment card number), meaning that we never have access to your complete payment details.

Service Providers: If you are a Service Provider, we will ask you for your bank account details so that we can make payments to you in respect of Bookings you have attended. We will treat your bank account details in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, analytics providers, search information providers and credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

  • to ask you to submit ratings, comments, feedback and/or an overall score for the User or Service Provider in respect of Bookings you have attended;
  • to make payments to you, if you are a Service Provider;

  • send information to you regarding changes to our Customer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy (including the Cookie Policy), or other legal agreements
  • meet legal requirements.

Social Media Features

Our Websites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram button and mini-snippets that run on our sites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.

External Websites

Our Websites provide pages that are linked to other websites. For example, when making a booking, your information is processed by an external website. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links does not constitute our endorsement of these other websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to any privacy and other policies they may have.


3. How we share information we collect

When a Booking is made

When you make a Booking using the Website, we will share information about you with the relevant Service Provider so that the requested Service Provider Service can be provided, including your name, gender, your mobile telephone number, email address, details of the Service Provider Service you have requested, the Appointment Time, the location where the Booking will take place, any information which is available as part of you placing the booking (including any sensitive personal data you have chosen to provide (for example, relevant information about your health and fitness).

If you are a Service Provider, we will share information about you with Users including your business name or first name and last letter of your surname, gender, any information available on your profile within the Website and your photograph. We will also share your mobile telephone number to any User but only after asking for your permission.

When there is a complaint about a Booking

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint in relation to a Booking, we may also share some or all of the following information with the Service Provider (as applicable to the nature of your complaint): your name, your mobile telephone number, your email address, details of the Service Provider Service you requested, the Appointment Time and location for the Booking, and/or details of your complaint (which may include any relevant sensitive personal data that you have chosen to provide).

If you are a Service Provider we may share with the User who has made the complaint any information we hold about you which we consider to be relevant to the complaint.

Ratings, comments, submissions, feedback and scores

If you provide a rating and/or comments about a Service Provider, we may share such rating and/or comments with the Service Provider.

If you are a Service Provider, we may also share the feedback and overall score you provide about a User who has made a Booking with the relevant User.

Third parties (including other Users and Service Providers) may also view and use any Submissions you submit to the Sites.

We cannot control how third parties may use ratings, comments, feedback, scores and/or Submissions, and this Privacy and Cookies Policy does not apply to such third party use.

Please therefore ensure that your ratings, comments, Submissions, feedback and scores (as applicable) do not contain any information that you do not want to be seen by the relevant third parties.

Third parties providing services on our behalf

We engage a third party to process payments from Users on our behalf. In addition, we may engage third parties to perform other functions on our behalf, such as carrying out credit reference checks, hosting or operating the Sites, sending e-mail communications, and data analysis. We may share your information with such third parties, including any information which is available that you provide on the Website (including where reasonably necessary to do so, any sensitive personal data you have chosen to provide (for example, relevant information about your health and fitness)). We ask such parties to maintain appropriate security measures to protect such information from unauthorised access or processing.
