Irina applies classical Hatha Yoga with elements of Ayurveda to tailor the session according your needs. She teaches the synchronization of breath and movement so that the actual practice becomes a meditation in action. Her classes are suitable for total beginners as well as anyone who wants to deepen their practice not only on physical but on spiritual level too. They include Meditation, Deep Relaxation or so called Yoga Nidra and Pranayama (breathing techniques).
