Paula teaches various styles of yoga for all levels promoting the physical, mental, and emotional aspects to live a healthy and energetic life. She uses a holistic approach, placing a great deal of emphasis on alignment and working safely with injuries, whilst supporting her students to find joy and ease in moving with breath, improving strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.
