About Yoga with Tina

Tina has practiced Yoga for 9 years. She believes Yoga gives freedom which she practices and cultivates using the Principles of Satya (your truth) and Ahimsa (non violence) towards the mind, body, and soul including others. Tina seeks to share this style of meditative flow yoga to bring inner strength, relaxation of the mind, a balanced equilibrium and a sense of mindfulness.
